Broccoli, Veg & Cheese Soup By Tanya Larosa

SHOT 1: Chop 1 small white onion, 1 clove of garlic, broccoli, carrots and white potato and add to a large pot.







SHOT 2: Add olive oil and lightly stirfy until the vegetables start to get soft. Then add chicken stock and simmer until all of the veg is completely soft









SHOT 3: Stir in some cheese (mozzarella or parmesan works well).









SHOT 4: Lightly mash everything together.











SHOT 5: Enjoy with crackers and more cheese.
