British porridge, fruit, nuts and honey by Ben Turner

SHOT 1: Ingredients: 3 quarters of a tea cup of whole or rolled porridge oats, 1 cup of milk, 1 banana,1 kiwi, handful of blueberries, 5 strawberries, a drizzle of acacia honey, 10 Almonds, a splattering of seeds and a pinch of salt.

SHOT 2: Mix the milk and oats in saucepan, add the pinch of salt. Simmer at a low heat for 5 mins, stirring occasionally to avoid burning base of pan. Do not boil, but small bubbles like a volcano are good.

SHOT 3: Peel and chop your fruit into small pieces. Crunch almonds under pressure of a large knife, and add to the seeds.

SHOT 4: Transfer porridge into a deep bowl and mix in fruit.

SHOT 5: Sprinkle the seeds and almonds over the top, and drizzle with honey.
Serve with a nice fresh grapefruit juice and enjoy a warm, hearty, and healthy breakfast
